We work with specialists in all local hospitals and we are able to arrange urgent admissions when this is needed.
Emergencies
We offer 24/7 out of hours care for registered patients.
When the Practice is closed please telephone the duty doctor using PAGE ONE pager services on 08448222888.

Complaints
We strive to satisfy all our patients. If you have a complaint we would like you to raise it as soon as possible by contacting Dr Wengrowe or his staff and we will attempt to resolve it quickly.
We follow the Independent Doctor’s Complaint Procedure if we are unable to resolve the complaint ourselves.
